Last year there was a complete ban on Gambling ads including Bingo ads on all pay per click programs. This decision has lasted only about a year and now Yahoo! UK with MSN UK has started allowing gambling ads in the United Kingdom. This has forced Google adwords hands to do the same and allow these ads on their programs.

“This is not a decision that’s been made quickly; it’s been something that’s been under discussion for months” said James Cashmore, Google’s industry head.

Online gambling includes, but is not limited to, the following:

* sports books and sports betting
* lotteries
* bingo
* poker
* sites that provide tips, odds, and handicapping
* software facilitating online casinos and gambling

These ads will be allowed only in the UK that is - England , Scotland and Wales.
You will need to fill out seperate application forms for this confirming your status in the UK and other details.
